The everyday problem

Multitasking shouldn’t mean mental juggling

Thoughts slip away

That idea in the shower, the errand mid-meeting — gone before you can note it.

Too many moving parts

Work chats, family plans, birthdays, places to be — your mind keeps the scoreboard.

Reminders at the wrong time

Alerts that fire when you can’t act, then nag until you dismiss them.

Effortless multitasking

As many tasks as you need — without turning your day into a puzzle.

Work, errands, birthdays, location nudges, family shares, follow-ups — tell Sortedays once. Being organized becomes your advantage: everything lands in the right moment.

How it works

Three steps to a sorted day

Sortedays Action items — speak or type tasks with no deadline required
01

Say it

Speak naturally — “remind me to call the plumber Thursday morning.” No forms, no fields.

02

We sort it

Sortedays understands the what and the when, then files it into the right moment of your day.

03

Move through your day

Get a gentle nudge by time or place — or share it with family so the right person acts.

Action items need no time — speak or type, then do them when you can.
Try the flow

From thought to done, in one breath

Speak in English or Hindi. Sortedays listens, sorts the reminder, and keeps your day moving — hands-free when you need it.

Our story

Built with care in Jaipur

Sortedays started with a simple frustration: good ideas and small promises kept slipping through the cracks of busy, multitasking days. We wanted something you could just talk to — calm, private, and quietly helpful.

We’re a small team launching close to home first, listening to real people, and shaping Sortedays around the way days actually feel.
