Terms for using Sortedays.

Sortedays is a personal planning and reminder product organized, developed, and operated by One Zero Zero One Engineering India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Sortedays is offered via website, web application, and mobile applications (together, the “Service”).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may need to register using a mobile phone number and one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your device and OTP codes, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may refuse, suspend, or archive accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Sortedays helps you capture, organize, and remember tasks and related information (including voice capture, reminders, optional location nudges, family sharing, and similar features). Features may vary by platform and may change over time.

During early access or beta periods, the Service may be incomplete, change without notice, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, networks, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
• Misuse family sharing or notifications to spam or harass others

You retain ownership of the content you create in Sortedays (such as tasks, notes, and voice-derived text). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sync, reminders, family assignment, and voice processing you request).

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit, and for obtaining any consents needed when sharing information about others (for example family members or birthday details).

Sortedays is a convenience tool. It is not a substitute for emergency services, medical devices, clinical systems, legal filing deadlines, safety-critical alarms, or any obligation where failure to remember could cause serious harm.

Notifications may be delayed or missed due to device settings, network conditions, permissions, battery optimization, or third-party services. You remain solely responsible for critical commitments.

Some features require permissions you control on your device (microphone, notifications, location, and similar). Denying permissions may limit functionality. Voice is processed only when you initiate capture. Location features are optional and intended for place-based reminders you configure.

If you use family circles, you are responsible for whom you invite and what you assign. Members may receive notifications and see shared task information. Do not share sensitive information through the Service that others should not see.

The Service — including software, design, branding, logos, and documentation — is owned by One Zero Zero One Engineering India Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (for example hosting, authentication, SMS, push delivery, maps, and speech/language processing). Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

Sortedays may be offered free during early access. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will communicate pricing and any material changes before charging you. Taxes may apply as required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REMINDERS WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, One Zero Zero One Engineering India Private Limited AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend and indemnify One Zero Zero One Engineering India Private Limited against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply, courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law to raise disputes in another competent forum.
