How Sortedays handles your information.

Sortedays is organized, developed, and operated by One Zero Zero One Engineering India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.

This Policy applies to information processed in connection with Sortedays, including account registration, reminders and planning features, voice capture, family sharing, notifications, and related support. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Account and identity. Mobile phone number (currently India mobile numbers for OTP sign-in/sign-up), display name, language and timezone preferences, and authentication session data.

Content you create. Tasks, reminders, notes, schedules, recurrence settings, assignments, medicine or birthday-related reminder details you enter, feedback you submit, and similar content needed to run the product.

Voice. When you choose to use voice features, we process microphone audio for that session to transcribe and understand your request. We do not continuously listen in the background. Audio is processed to create a transcript and structured reminder; we do not intend to keep raw audio files as a long-term archive in our primary database.

Location (optional). If you enable location reminders, the app may use device location and places you save (such as labels and coordinates) to trigger arrival or place-based nudges. Geofencing typically runs on your device after you grant permission. We do not sell location data.

Family sharing. If you join or create a family circle, we process circle membership, invite codes, roles, and task assignment information so shared reminders can reach the right person.

Device and notifications. Push notification tokens, device/platform type, app version, and basic technical logs needed for delivery, security, and reliability.

On-device features. Some features store data primarily on your device (for example certain inbox thoughts, local preferences, optional clipboard or missed-call suggestions where enabled, and some personal-event details). Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove this information from the device.

Usage analytics. We may collect limited aggregated or pseudonymous usage analytics on the website to understand product performance and improve the experience.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Sortedays (including reminders, sync, and sharing)
• Authenticate you and secure accounts (including OTP delivery)
• Send notifications you enable (time-based, location-based, or family-related)
• Process voice into tasks or notes when you request it
• Respond to support, feedback, and privacy requests
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law
• Improve speech understanding and product quality with appropriate safeguards

We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies), we process personal data based on your consent (for example microphone or location permissions and OTP login), to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for legitimate uses related to security and service improvement, and where required to meet legal obligations.

We share information with service providers who help us operate Sortedays, only as needed for their services, such as:

• Cloud hosting, database, and authentication providers
• SMS providers for one-time passwords
• Speech-to-text and language-processing providers for voice features
• Push notification infrastructure
• Maps / place-search providers when you use location pickers

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

If you use family sharing, other members of your circle may see assigned tasks and related status updates you choose to share through the product.

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Sortedays, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. OTP codes are short-lived. If an account is archived or closed, access is restricted; you may contact us to request deletion or further handling of remaining data, subject to law and technical feasibility.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (including encrypted transport and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your device and OTP codes.

Sortedays is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or update personal information
• Withdraw consent for optional permissions (microphone, location, notifications)
• Request deletion or erasure of personal information
• Request information about how we process your data

To exercise these rights, email manmeet@onezerozerone.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can also control many preferences in the app (language, notification settings, location features, and related options).

Our service providers may process data in India or other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps designed to provide appropriate protection consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate (for example in-app or on the website). Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
